Project Graduation is excited to continue the following traditions for our graduates:

  1. Memory Lane event at WHS turf Graduation Weekend

  2. "Guess Who" Baby and Senior Photo Wall at Teamworks during Project Graduation

  3. Collage wall at Teamworks during Project Graduation

 

DETAILS

1: Memory Lane Poster: Due week of May 6

WHAT: Parents make a special poster honoring your Senior.

WHEN: Project Graduation hosts the "Memory Lane" event graduation weekend beginning on Friday, May 31st (following Baccalaureate) 

WHERE: Posters will be displayed around the WHS turf field for all to view.

HOW: See options below

OPTION A: Hard Copy Photo Collage - Recommended

Preferred Size: 22 x 28 (vertical or horizontal)

  • Create a traditional poster by affixing hard copy photos to a poster board*

  • Must have a 1/4" border on all 4 sides (do not have photos right on the edge of the poster) and do NOT adhere any dimensional decorations (aka... no bedazzling/raised items/3d puffy stickers etc...) 

  • ******** Poster MUST be laminated to protect the photos.  Please allow 3 days ********

 

How to make a Hard Copy Photo Collage:

  • Print pictures of your senior at CVS or Walmart or an online vendor like Shutterfly (photos can include individual photos of your senior and family/friends/pets) 

  • Adhere photos to a 22x28 poster board with tape or glue to make a collage

  • Bring finished collage to Staples to be laminated.  ***Please allow 3 days*** (no grommets needed as the Memory Lane committee will adhere plastic corner pieces to your poster for hanging)

 

Drop off @ WHS lobby in bin marked "Memory Lane Posters"

 

OPTION B: Digital Photo Collage

Preferred Size: 22 x 28 (please no larger than 24x36)

Create a poster/banner online with vendor of your choice*

* This banner must be vinyl or a material to withstand the elements outside


Drop off @ WHS main office in bin marked "Memory Lane Posters"

2: GUESS WHO Baby Photo and Senior Portrait Reveal: Due week of May 6

WHAT: Parents to provide baby photo & senior photo :

  • One 5x7 vertical COPY of your senior as a baby or young child

  • One 5x7 vertical COPY of your senior that is recent or a senior portrait 

  • Write your child's name on the back of each photo and put in envelope with child's name

      ****** These photos will NOT be returned.******

WHEN: Project Graduation night

WHERE: TeamWorks for Seniors to view

HOW: The PG committee will mount your seniors' baby photo on top of their senior photos in a "guess who" format.
 

Drop off @ WHS main office in bin marked "Guess Who"

3: Collage Wall Photos: Due week of May 6

WHAT: Parents to provide:

  • As many photos as you'd like of your senior in group settings (2 or more people) throughout the years from class photos, sports teams, activities, dances, casual events, vacations, school trips, groups of friends, Going Buggy, Moving On etc..) 

  • 8x10, 5x7, or 4x6 COPIES only! 

  ****** These photos will NOT be returned.******

WHEN: Project Graduation night

WHERE: TeamWorks for Seniors to view
HOW:

  • Color copies can be made at Curry Printing, Staples or your home printer OR have photos printed at Walmart, CVS, Shutterfly etc...

  • PG committee will create collage wall at Teamworks for the Seniors to view during Project Graduation

 

Drop off all photos in an envelope @ WHS main office in bin marked "Collage Wall"
